Ongoing cases
Transparency is important to maintain confidence in the complaints procedure. A demonstration of the PMCPA's commitment to transparency is, among other things, the publication of detailed reports of cases considered under the Code. Brief details of complaints which are currently under consideration but not yet resolved are provided.
This table provides the current status of all cases that are either awaiting a decision by the case preparation manager on whether or not they should proceed, or are awaiting adjudication by the Panel.
The table will be updated at the end of each month.
