Advertised Sanctions

The Appeal Board can impose additional sanctions in cases where:  the Appeal Board rules a breach of the Code, or  a breach of the Code has been accepted by the Company at the Panel level, or the Panel reports a Company to the Appeal Board. Corrective Statements, Public Reprimands and Advertisements (from May 2011 onwards) can be accessed below.

The PMCPA advertises brief details of all cases where companies are ruled in breach of Clause 2 of the Code, are required to issue a corrective statement or are the subject of a public reprimand in the medical and pharmaceutical press: the British Medical Journal and the Nursing Standard.
