New PMCPA hot topics webinars – arm’s length arrangements

Two new on-demand webinars about arm’s-length arrangements have been added to the PMCPA learning management system, available here - https://codeelearning.pmcpa.org.uk/

In webinar 1, Gurinder Kang and Holly Withers, both Managers at the PMCPA and members of the Panel, present five recent cases with a focus on whether the arrangement in each was arms-length.

In webinar 2, Jack Chivers, also a Manager at the PMCPA and member of the Panel, answers recent questions that have been received by the PMCPA on the topic of arm’s length arrangements.
