ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry 2019 published

The changes to the Code of Practice come into operation on 1 January 2019 but, during the period 1 January to 30 April 2019, no material or activity will be regarded as being in breach of the Code if it fails to comply with its provisions only because of newly introduced requirements.

Please note that there will be a delay before the Interactive Code for 2019 can go live.
