10 Code of Practice Panel – Reports to the Code of Practice Appeal Board

10.1 Failure to comply with the procedures set out in Paragraphs 5 and 8 will be reported to the Appeal Board.

10.2 The Panel may also report to the Appeal Board any company whose conduct in relation to the Code warrants consideration by the Appeal Board, whether in relation to a particular case, or because repeated breaches of the Code raise concerns about the company’s procedures. Such a report to the Appeal Board may be made notwithstanding the fact that a company has provided an undertaking.
