PMCPA issues additional draft working document to support the Consultation on the proposed 2021 ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry

The ABPI consultation on the proposed changes to the Code was issued last month.  The closing date is 8 September 2020.

The PMCPA website includes additional documents, with one to be added at a later date.  A  Draft working document of the proposed 2021 Code with tracked changes indicating the source of the content is now available.

The Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) was established by The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) to operate the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry independently of the ABPI. The PMCPA is a division of the ABPI.
