New webform for companies to submit nominated signatories

There is a new webform that companies must use when they next notify the PMCPA about changes to nominated signatories. Please note that it is the responsibility of the pharmaceutical company to ensure individuals nominated as signatories meet the qualification requirements stated in Clause 8 and its supplementary information
